The purchase price for the FIRST complete set of plans is $650.00.

ADDITIONAL sets of plans (to submit to building officials, to get bids from subcontractors) are available for an additional $49.00 each.

Before ordering a set of plans you must fill out and return the Plan Purchase Waiver.

     Sign and Date the Waiver

     Return the Waiver to Hometime by fax, email or regular mail.

Once Hometime receives the waiver you may purchase the plans through the Hometime Store or by phone.

You must order the first complete set of plans before you can order additional sets.
