Architect Mike Sharratt shares with Dean some of his thoughts about the design of the Hometime Stone Cottage project.

The walk-out home is being constructed on a wooded lot in a new development. Hometime gave Sharratt Design & Company the task of creating a home that would take advantage of the natural topography of the site and that would maintain the wooded feeling of the area.
