A first for Hometime – a cooking segment.
As work finished on the Stone Cottage project, Chef Jack Riebel, of the Butcher and The Boar in Minneapolis stopped by with his knives and some supplies to test drive the new kitchen.
He whipped up a strata (a quiche-like dish) with a fresh salad and a homemade dressing.
